Dear Brother
The terms of which you can get the use of the Social Hall for a Festival on the 15th inst. are the following, viz You can occupy the upper. and lower Hall, Stage, dressingroom, and Kitchen and have the various rooms lighted as follows, the Ball room with two Chandeliers, the Stage, dressing room & Supper room with candles for the sum of ($75.00) seventy five Dollars in Cash -- provided that the Committee of arrangements for said party take out and put back the seats now in the Hall, and in as good condition.

If these terms suit you and you have decided to take the Hall, please let me know immediately.
