Dear Brother:
I wish you to deed your house and lot in this city (Lot 2, Block 61) to the Trustee in Trust. I will allow you $210.00 for said house and lot, deducting from that amount what I have already assisted you, and will pay you the balance as you may need it, in the same kinds and manner as I have heretofore assisted you.

At the same date with this I have written to Bishop FW. Young to have the deed recorded and forwarded to me.

Your early attention to this matter will oblige Your Bro in the Gospel
