Dear Brother:-Owing to the state of your health I have thought it best for you to roll the burden of all the business affairs of your Ward upon br. Thirkill, your First Counselor. This will free your mind from much care, and at the same time afford you ample opportunity to counsel and direct in your Bishopric, so far as your health may permit.
