Dear Brother:-In accordance with your suggestion in your note of the 17th. inst., Elders Bramall and Dallin are at liberty to join the missionary company about starting for Europe. The missionaries will probably start from here on the 24th. or 25th. inst., and will accompany our ox train to Florence, which will save the expense of animals and wagons to all who wish to do so in crossing the plains.

If either br. Bramall or br. Dallin will step into my office, I will furnish an Elder's Certificate to be taken to your brother A.J. Wheelock,
