Elder John Edmiston,
Ephraim, Sanpete, U.T.

Dear Brother:-

I am not sufficiently informed upon the subject you write to me about, under
date April 29, to feel willing to give any counsel in regard to it.

Bishop Warren S. Snow is accountable to the General Tithing Office in this city for the receipt and disbursement of tithing in the several Wards in your county, and is presumed to have sufficient judgement to enable him to act with due discretion in all cases relating thereto.

Your Brother in the Gospel,

Brigham Young

P.S. It is not at all likely that I shall deem it advisable to accept or have any thing to do with your Mill and Mill property, on the debt owing thereon to the Tithing Office.
