Dear Brother:-

Brothers William G. Sterritt, George S. Clarke and John Neff are now here and have made and signed certain statements in relation to a tenacre lot near your place, and claimed by br. W.G. Sterritt. I wish you, at your earliest convenience, to write to me what you deem to be the facts in relation to said ten acre lot, so far as you have them or can readily procure them and whom you deem the rightful owner of said lot, as the case may yet come before us for adjudication as a test of fellowship
