Bishop F.W. Young,
Payson, U.T.,

Dear Brother:--

So far as the "partition" is concerned, you are at full liberty to arrange the building as you may think best, with or without the "partition" to which you refer, just as you please.

I do not deem it proper to grant liberty to use other than labor tithing in erecting the building, and think that by careful planning and management you will be able to accomplish it, though, perhaps, not quite so speedily as otherwise, which will probably not make a very material difference. It will probably be best to arrange for hauling the tithing wheat of this season by labor tithing as fast as the wheat is cleaned.

Your Brother in the Gospel,

Brigham Young
