Dear Brother:-I am informed that br. Samuel P. Ewing requested you to examine into and adjust the affairs of his father's estate, which, however, still remains in a condition that gives room for more or less dissatisfaction, Such being the case, I wish you, at your earliest convenience, and in your official capacity as Probate Judge, to examine into the feelings and conduct in relation to the aforesaid estate, and adjust the matter as it should be in justice and righteousness, according to law.
