Dear Brother:-In compliance with the request of your wife, formerly Harriet Maria Chase, I forward, by Pres. L. Farr, a blank bill of divorce for your and her signature. She makes no serious complaint of your treatment to her, but is anxious to have a bill, and from what I understand of the case, were it mine, I should comply with her wishes and sign the bill.
