In reply to your note dated the 4th inst., I have to inform you that I have already overpaid for the house and lot where you reside, and of course have no money or any other property to pay to you, neither have I any presents or donations to make.

The Judge of Probate is the person for you to apply to for a bill of divorce from Mr Farnham.
