In reply to your letter of July 19, I have to inform you that some clerk accidentally made a mistake in filling out the destination in your certificate, of which I was not aware until now. You are hereby released from paying any attention to that portion of your certificate concerning Europe, and are authorized to visit your relatives and attend to your own business affairs, in the meantime preaching and doing as much other good as opportunity may permit, according to the conversation and understanding had with you in my office.
