Dear Brother:--
Br. Andrew J. Stewart wishes to purchase the tithing building in Provo, but I am not now prepared to sell it. If he wishes to repair the building at his expense, so as to keep his goods in it, he is at liberty to do so, and pay such rent to the Church as you and he may agree upon.

So soon as convenient, I wish you to put a good fence around the old tithing office lot and the three adjoining lots marked to myself, br. Kimball, and br. Willard Richards, inclosing them in one.
