Dear Brother:-Capt. James Brown wrote to me, Aug. 29, that there was a difficulty at South Weber, between brothers Watts and Daniel Smith, that the authorities there could not settle. As the distance to this place would put the parties to much inconvenience, I wish you to take the case in hand, and, at your earliest convenience, put it in a way to be adjudicated as speedily as possible.
