Since the receipt of your note of the 6th inst., I am informed by my brother John that he had, some two weeks previous to the date of your note, sold the house and lot referred to by you; but I will endeavor to look up a small house and lot, at my earliest opportunity; or should you previously learn of one, suitable to make you a home, please inform me.
