To Bishop Jacob G. Bigler and the Bishops South of Nephi;

Dear Brethren:-- The bearer, Elder Samuel A. Woolley, is requested to bring the Bucket Machinery from Parowan to this City, and to do this needs assistance in teams, teamsters, and wagons, which I wish you to furnish to him on labor tithing, to the extent you can consistently respond to his requests. He may also need some forage and provision, which I wish you to furnish as he may require. Keeping an account of whatever assistance you extend as herein requested, specifying the kinds.
