Elder William Hennefer, Henry I Woodard,

and 15 other petitioners in Henneferville:-We have considered your petition (under date Nov. 10) to be organized into a Branch, and cheerfully grant your request by hereby appointing br. William Hennefer to preside over said Branch for the time being, until other wise directed. We also wish br. Hennefer, should occasion arise for so doing, to attend to tithing affairs in his Branch, until it may be deemed advisable to make other arrangements or give other instructions. Should any one wish to pay tithing in the Branch, we wish a strict account kept of it, as to person, kind, and amount, and a correct return made to br. David O. Calder, my Chief Clerk. When money tithing is paid, it should be forwarded, as above directed, by the first responsible opportunity.
