Dear Brother:-You expressed to me a wish that Payson had a good saddle and harness maker. I have just conversed with br. Brigham Y. Hampton on the subject, and he is about visiting your place to see what the chance is. Should he conclude to move to Payson and engage in his business, I trust that the citizens will extend to him their good will and patronage to enable him to successfully carry on his business to the satisfaction and benefit of all parties.
