Brother and Sister E.M. Cust,

I have conversed with Bishop E.D. Woolley in relation to your difficulties, and it appears to be out of the question for you to live together harmoniously, for which reason I deem it best for you to give each other a bill of divorce; and have requested Bishop Woolley to examine into your circumstances and decide how much property br. Cust shall give his wife. Agreeing to separate and comply with the foregoing advice is, from all I can learn, the only plan promising peace to both parties.
