Dear Brother:-- The brethren in Beaver, who wish to, are at liberty to haul tithing <wheat> from your place to the General Tithing Office in this City, conditioned that they first deliver to said Office 5 bushels for every 4 bushels they will receive an order for upon the delivery of the 5; or, in other words, upon delivery of 50 bushels here the person will receive an order for 40 bushels there
