Elder George W. Pitkin,
Logan, Cache Valley,

Dear Brother:-Sister E.R. Snow, agreeable to your request, handed to me your letter of the 20th. ult., and I take pleasure in informing you that by being in this City at any time it may suit your convenience, with such of your family, over fourteen years of age, as you may deem worthy, you can receive your endowments on the next Saturday following your arrival here.

Your years and experience, lighted by the Holy Ghost, will dictate you not to be downcast nor discouraged, but to fight manfully the good fight of faith, that you may attain the blessings and again enjoy the society of your daughter Maria and other faithful Saints who have gone before. God bless you in all efforts to do His will is the prayer of,

Your Brother in the Gospel,

Brigham Young
