Dear Brother:-In reply to your note of Jan. 14, I take pleasure in informing you that I have placed the name of your brother Joseph and family on the list of those to be brought from Florence by the oxtrain next summer, and hope that enough teams will be sent to bring all who may be at Florence in need of assistance to cross the plains, and among them your brother and his family. When you write to your brother Joseph, please request him to do the best he may be able toward providing his outfit, & for crossing the plains. The ox train is expected to be in Florence by from the middle of June to the 1st of July next.
