Maiben, the bearer of these lines is instructed to call upon Aaron Johnson, Judge of Probate in Utah County, for such legal assistance as he may require to enable him to carry out certain instructions in regard to securing the payment of a note given on the 3rd. of March, 1860, by Charles B. Hancock to the Trustee in Trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints, and payable seven months after date in neat cattle.
