Dear Brother:-As you purchase goods it is considered best that you arrange with Bro. W. H. Hooper for him to draw drafts upon the department the various amounts as you may require and forward to
you so that you can settle with the merchants wagon makers &c. for the goods Wagons &c that
you may purchase. It will enable you to purchase <buy> to better advantage. and you will not
be obliged to give Notes drawing interest. In case that Bro Hooper has drawn the money. Then
draw on him for it. and settle all up "as advised",
