Brethren:-Wishing, at times, to meet with the Bishops of this City in their stated meetings, & not liking to be out after dark during these short nights, I have thought it best to appoint 4 o'clock p.m. as the time of your meetings, to commence to morrow, (the 20th inst.,) and wish you to at once see that the Bishops are timely notified of this change of hour for their next meeting, which will much oblige,
