Dear bro:-Herewith enclosed is a Blank deed of transfer which I wish you to sign for your house and lot in this city. I expect to have the same filled out to some of the heirs of A. W. Babbitt if I complete the trade I am making. You should also get the deed duly signed by two witnesses, and acknowledge the deed yourself personally before a notary public or probate judge of your country who will also sign his name officially at the foot of the deed.

Please do this without unnecessary delay and immediately thereafter transmit the same to me.
