To the Bishops wherever the following named persons may wish to exhibit.

Brethren:
Brothers Frederick T. Perris, Richard R. Hopkins, and Charles W. Penrose purpose visiting several of the settlements to exhibit a series of "dissolving views." We have visited their exhibition, and take pleasure in stating that it will be found interesting, amusing, and more or less instructive to those who may see proper to attend said exhibitions, in which they have our fellowship.
