Dear Brother:

In regard to the matters mentioned in your note of the 20th inst., my candid advise to you and the brethren in Provo is for you to go to with energy, unity, and good faith and erect a comfortable, commodious, and respectable Meeting house; and when that is done it may be deemed advisable to use a portion of your surplus means in erecting halls and other public buildings.
