Sir:-

In reply to your note of the 15th inst., I have to inform you that the Church train to Florence can haul grain east for the Overland Stage Line to the amount of one hundred tons, at the rate of two dollars a hundred for each one hundred miles; payment to be made in Drafts, at sixty and ninety days, on Ben Holladay in New York City, as you have proposed.

Should these terms suit you, it would accomodate me to have the drafts within a few days, say on or before Tuesday next.
