Dear Brother:

Please notify persons not to purchase the farm as the Snyder farm, nor any improvements thereon, from Mrs. Hildreth, formerly Mrs. Snyder, for she can not give a title nor bill of sale, consequently whoever buys will loose what they pay, for said property is for Mr's Hildreth's children by Chester Snyder, and not for a blackleg nor an apostate.
