Bishop Alvin Nichols,
Brigham City, Box Elder Co., U. T.,

Dear Brother:

The train for Florence can not start until the snow in the mountains and the
grass will permit. How soon that will be I am at present unable to tell, in the meantime your cattle are better off where they are; but have everything ready for yoking up and starting when the train can go.

When the Cache Valley teams come along finish their loads with wheat and potatoes.

Your Brother in the Gospel,
Brigham Young
