At even date these lines, I have written to Bishop Thos. J. Thurston to appoint the earliest consistent time and place for hearing some grievances br. Ole Olson Gaarder alleges against him. In addition to his own Ward, I have requested Bishop Thurston to invite you and your Counselors to attend the meeting and assist in conducting the investigation to a fatherly, saving, and righteous settlement of the difficulty, in the doing of which you will oblige,
