Brethren:

Having been informed that some persons at Kington's Fort are anxious to leave there and go to work, but are unable to move away, we deem it best, for those of you who can conveniently do so, to move them from that place, and give them employment, and treat them kindly, that they may have a fair opportunity for earning a livelihood and conducting themselves as good citizens.
