Dear Sir:

If you wish to rent the premises in question to the 1st of April next, at the rate of $1000 a year, and have one half the present crop of fruit and other garden products, saying nothing about the Furniture on my part but leaving that as you and the ladies may agree, you are at liberty to do so, with the option at the 1st of April, /63, to rent for the next year at the same figures. Should this proposition not meet your views, I wish to decline further negotiations in the matter.
