Your letter of the 2nd inst. is before me, and, having no knowledge of your circumstances and affairs, I have to refer you to your Bishop to adjust your difficulties, should he not be successful in doing so, he can write to me upon the subject, when I can if necessary give my advice in the matter.

If there is no Bishop in your vicinity, you can call upon a Bishop in Ogden City.
