Cummings & Bro. In view of your multiplied engagements and the necessity of having some one always in the Tithing Office at Provo-- together with, as I understand, you often expressed wish to live in this place in preference to all others, I take pleasure in releasing you from any further obligations respecting the Tithing office matters at Provo, and you are now at liberty to come home
