Dear Brother:

In reply to your note of the 28th ult. I have to inform you that, in addition to the tithing articals already permitted to be used in building the Meeting House in St George, you are also hereby permitted to use for the same purpose, the tithing "fresh meat, butter, eggs, cheese, chickens, young pigs, and other things not convenient to transport," from Cedar City and all places and persons south of that City.

I enclose A list of the T. O. prices, as per your request.

I wish the road built from Washington [gap in typescript] Rio Virgin to the mouth of Ash Creek, and then up ash Creek to Harmony, just as I directed last Fall

Your Brother in the Gospel,

Brigham Young
