In compliance with your wishes I have forwarded the names of your two daughters to br. Cannon, with instructions for him to aid them to emigrate this season, if the funds in the Liverpool Office will admit. but as only money will answer from Liverpool to Florence, and as money is very scarce with us, it is uncertain whether he will be able to render the aid you desire.

We would gladly assist all who need aid to emigrate, but we have not the money for so doing.
