Should you or some other responsible Brother at Santa Clara desire to put up and run a cotton gin on shares at your place, I will send you one the first opportunity. I shall expect one third the Toll ginned, baled & held subject to my order.

Every expense attending the putting up and running the gin, must of course be met by the party receiving it of me
