I have a cotton gin, I am willing that some responsible person at Rockville or some more eligible place above Grafton, may put up & run on shares, giving me one third (1/3) of the Toll, ginned, baled & held subject to my order; the person receiving the gin must meet every expense of putting up & running.

You will please learn the name of some one desirous of taking the gin on the above terms & inform me at your earliest convenience, that I may forward it
