In regard to your letter of June 29, and its inclosures, I have to inform you that I have this day written to Bishop W. Miller, and also conversed with Mrs Scholes, and hope you will be able to adjust the little difficulties and misunderstandings between you without further trouble and without unnecessary delay, for by so doing you will benefit yourselves and oblige,
