Dear Brother:-
 

Inasmuch as you desire so to do, it will be all right for you to move to Cedar City, Iron County; and also for such others as may wish to move there without any persuasion or undue influence to that effect either by yourself or any other person, in other words such persons as may desire of their own free will and choice to move there.

That there may be no mistake or misunderstanding, I wish you to show these lines to your Bishop and have the whole matter fairly understood.
