Dear Brother:-

I wish you at your earliest convenience, to procure in your City a little, comfortable home (house and lot) for Sister Phoebe Woodworth and her son, and let her keep her stock to help themselves with. I also wish you[word cut off] help her about wood and other necessaries as she may need for her comfort; and from time to time, as she and her son may need or disire, counsel and advise them the best way to manage to get along to the best advantage.

I understand that Sister Woodworth has thus far pretty <much> sustained herself from her stock, and that is the reason why I think she had better keep it, as will furnish her many facilities for self-support.

Your attention to the foregoing will be doing good, and will oblige,
