I have perused your note of the 1st., and would be pleased to have you inform me where the cattle are you sent to Florence, and whether you have disposed of them, or not. Also please inform me what articles and what amount of each article you are in need of to make you comfortable, that I may know the kind and extent of of assistance you require, to enable me to determine what I may deem myself justified in doing in the case.
