Dear Brother:

I wish you, on Sunday next, 13th inst., to request the High Council to meet at such time and place as you may appoint.

The purpose of their meeting is to try a case appealed by Thomas Grover from Bishop John W. Hess, and perhaps, a charge against br. T. Grover; there may also be other business presented. Bro Thomas and Bishop Hess live in Farmington.

When you have notified the council, as above, please inform br. Grover and Bishop Hess of the time and place of meeting, and request them to appear with their witnesses.
