Dear Brother:

Your favor of Nov. 29 came safely to hand, and I have informed your agent here, Bishop E. D. Woolly, that I will purchase the property in question at the prices mentioned in your letter, Viz: $2000 for yours, and $1500 for William's. I will endeavor to pay you both such pay as you may wish, to the amounts above specified, and at such times as may suit you.
