Dear Brother:

The next time you go south I wish you, if possible, to locate the best route for a road from St. George to the mouth of the Rio Virgin, or the crossing of the Colorado in that region, for if I should have occasion to put poles for a telegraph line this season, I would like to place them on what will prove to be the best traveled route
