Elder James Townsend,

Owing to the absence of Elder H. B. Clawson from the City for a few months I cannot at present make you out a transfer for the "Rhoads" property described as a [gap in typescript] plot seven (7) Block sixty eight (6 respectfully in the [gap in typescript] city survey & which you have bought of me & paid for [gap in typescript] but I will on the return of Elder Clawson deed over the property to you without further delay
