I learn from Br Bryant Stringham that you have not received your dispatches lately; upon inquiry I learn that the Deseret News Office, had omitted entering your name on their Book, after having promised to send the dispatches to you. We will now continue to furnish you as before with the Presidents Dispatch from this Office.
