Dear Brother:-

I duly received the Exchange book you purchased and sent by mail; and would be pleased to have you purchase four hundred sheets of the same kind, with the exception (if to be had so) of the "$" mark and the word "Dollars", as our exchange is "sterling", and drawn upon our Agent in Liverpool. I now order sheets instead of books to save the postage of unnecessary matter, as the whole will be bound in one book on arrival.

Your order upon W. T. Godbe for $100.00 in Coin, has been paid as also your order upon N. & J. Nye for $100.00 in labor and provisions; and the same has been placed to your credit upon the tithing record agreeable to your request. When you desire the amount expended let me know and I will remit you.
