Dear Brother:-

Your Mother-in-law, Sister Sally M. Bingham, can do as she pleases about going to the State of New York to collect that Money; but it seems a small sum to go such a distance for. I am of the opinion that if she goes, she would be likely to come back poorer than when she went away. If she should decide to go down, she had better go with the Church train, which leaves this city for the fruntiers in April.
